Our "Voice Accelerator" Pilot is covered by a 30-day performance guarantee. If, after the completion of the 30-day pilot, a client's engagement and profile-view metrics (as reported by LinkedIn's native analytics) have not demonstrably improved over the baseline established at the start of the engagement, the client is entitled to a full, 100% refund of the pilot fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the pilot's conclusion.3. Cancellation Policy
For the initial 30-day pilot, the service is non-cancelable. For any ongoing monthly subscription following the pilot, the client may cancel at any time by providing a 14-day written notice. The service will continue to be provided, and fees will be due for that 14-day period.
